Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared after your purchase is confirmed. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

International orders: approximately 5–12 business days
Delivery times may occasionally be longer during peak periods, holidays, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carrier

We use DHL for shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information when available so you can follow your package during transit.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Liessette cannot control customs processing times or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the damaged packaging and items.

For packages that appear to be lost in transit, we may work with DHL to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
